PSYCHOLOGICAL FLEXIBILITY
COACHING
Are you looking something for a little bit different to traditional therapy?
Are you feeling frustrated at home, school or work? Or feeling stuck, lost, or off track in life?
Wanting to make some changes?
Coaching is about building on your skills and strengths, and providing you with the tools to move you towards the life you want to live. It helps you make changes in your life when you don’t know how, where or when to start. Unlike therapy, our sessions will be based entirely on your goals, and are action-oriented and collaborative. Coaching with me is a convenient alternative to seeing a psychologist (while still retaining all the benefits, as a psychologist is always available if needed).
Get 'unstuck' and move towards the life you want to live
→ Together we will, uncover what truly matters to you by identifying your values, explore your strengths and skills, identify and address barriers and obstacles that might be getting in your way, set values guided goals, and create action plans, in order to harness your passions and direct your energy – purposefully, productively and meaningfully! I will be there, as your fully equipped sidekick, to support you along the way and help you stay on track.
